For orders over €75 you benefit from free shipping. Is your total lower than that? Then we charge €5.95 for orders up to €15 and €4.95 for orders up to €75. You can also pick up your order for free at our pick-up location in Venlo. Do you live in Belgium? Then different delivery rates apply.
Can I still return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have ordered multiple outfits to choose from, you can return your package within 14 days. There is an exception for a number of items. For example, lenses, tights and wigs can no longer be returned if they have been removed from the packaging.
