If you are a bit creative, you can make a Hawaiian skirt yourself. You can do this by tying different colors of ribbon or straw around a thick elastic. If you have filled the entire elastic with ribbon or straw, if you want to make a straw skirt. At the end, cut the ends of the straw to the same length.
