Who will deliver my order?

We work together with Trunkrs & PostNL. For all Dutch and Belgian customers the package is delivered by PostNL or Trunkrs (evening delivery). For Same day deliveries in the Netherlands & Flanders we work together with Trunkrs.

PostNL home or PostNL Service Point
When you choose the shipping method 'PostNL' during checkout, your package will be delivered by PostNL. With this shipping method, you will also receive a track & trace code, with which you can track your package from the moment of dispatch until delivery. You will receive this track & trace code from us by e-mail as soon as the package arrives at PostNL. This allows you to track the package in order to gain insight into the home or service delivery.

Trunkrs
When you choose the shipping method 'Tomorrow evening in house' during checkout, the order will be delivered the next working day (Mon-Fri) in the evening. You will receive an e-mail with the track & trace code from Trunkrs with a specific time window of 30 minutes. A few minutes before delivery you will receive an SMS that the driver will arrive at your place within a few moments. The shipping method to ensure that the order is delivered to you within 24 hours. Please note that the products also have a delivery time of 24 hours (see the delivery time in the green shopping cart button per product).

When will my order be delivered?

The delivery time of your order can be found on the specific product page, in the shopping cart or order page ( see below ). The expected delivery date is shown in the green button. When changing quantities, the expected delivery date may also change. The system automatically calculates the new expected delivery date. This is the expected delivery date provided that the carriers do not experience any delays in delivery.

If you order multiple products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies. Orders are shipped complete to keep shipping costs low

How do I cancel an order?

Can I try a product at home?

Yes, you can try out your order completely at home. Trying it on is no problem, if there is damage or stains on one or more products, the item in question will be rejected. Trying on and viewing products is the same as you would do in a physical store.

How can I pick up my order in Venlo?

Step 1 Placing an order
You place an order via our website and choose the shipping method 'Pick up at our location in Venlo'. Then you ensure that the payment is completed successfully.

Step 2 Your order is being processed
We will prepare your order for collection. Please note that products may have a longer delivery time than 24 hours. The delivery time is specifically stated per product, it is not possible to collect the order earlier than stated on the website.

Step 3 Ready for collection
After your order has been processed, you will receive a pick-up confirmation and a link to create a pick-up appointment by email. Your order will be ready at the pick-up location after receiving a pick-up message. Please bring a valid ID so that you can prove that the package is intended for you. Can I pick up my order at a collection point?

Yes. When ordering, indicate that you want to pick up your package at a PostNL point. Then choose the PostNL point near you. After you have paid for your order, you can pick it up the next working day from 15:00. Your order will be ready for you until 7 days after the specified pick-up date.

Do you also offer same day delivery?

Do you need your order tonight? That's no problem. We offer same day delivery. If you order before 10:00 in the morning, you will receive your order the same evening between 17:00 and 22:00. What should I do if I have not received my order?

1. The track & trace code of the package
Check the track & trace code to see if the package has already been delivered.

2. The delivery address
Please check that you have entered the correct delivery address, including both the postcode and house number.

3. The mailbox
Did you receive a 'not at home message'? Then the package was delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.

Is this all correct? Then wait a little longer, usually a delayed package is delivered the next day. If you have not received your package 5 working days after your original delivery date, please contact our customer service.

What if my order is delivered damaged/incomplete?

We will of course solve this for you. Send us a photo of the damage with the contents of the box/envelope by e-mail within 48 hours after delivery of your order. We will provide you with a solution within 24 hours.

What happens if I'm not at home?

The delivery person will leave your package with your neighbours. If that doesn't work, the delivery person will take your package to a PostNL collection point near you. Do you know in advance that you won't be there? Then you can often choose another time via Trunkrs or PostNL.nl before the first delivery attempt.

Trunkrs
When you choose Trunkrs, you will receive the date & time of your delivery by email. You will also receive a live tracking link with which you can follow the delivery person closely. As a consumer, you can indicate at all times, up until the moment the delivery person is at your door, what should happen with the delivery. For example, 'leave the package at the neighbors' or 'put it in the shed', this keeps the delivery flexible!

How should I pack my product for return?

Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original. This way, the chance of damage is as small as possible and we can perhaps make someone else happy with it. The products you wish to return must be complete and neat in undamaged packaging. This means including information card and/or label (card with product information such as image and barcode).

You can ship your packaged product in a box or other sturdy box that you close properly.

Will I get a full refund after returning an item?

Yes, absolutely. When returning the entire purchase, you will receive the full purchase price back.

If you return part of the order and the original purchase amount is less than €75, you will still pay the shipping costs that you would originally pay. Of course, this will be settled on the invoice and deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Product usage tips

The clothing of e-carnivalskleding is made for special (festive) circumstances. The clothing is colorfast and wear-resistant with normal use. Stains can best be removed with a non-aggressive detergent. Most clothing can be washed in lukewarm water. We advise you to read the washing instructions carefully in advance.

Carnival and party clothing is made of colorful and often synthetic materials. Although often provided with flame retardants, it is important that the user does not expose the clothing to open fire.

For correct handling, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Clothing must have its original labels. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed. Products that have been used/worn are excluded from any form of warranty.

What are the exceptions to returns?

All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For the following products it is not possible to return them if the packaging has been opened.

Tights, leggings, stockings, wigs, moustaches, gloves, head coverings, masks, lenses, make-up, baby sets, second skin clothing, beards and other types of hair may not be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons if they have been removed from their packaging.

All products are shipped in a sealed package. If this seal is broken, the product cannot be exchanged or returned. Finally, the item must not contain any traces of perfume, smoke, detergent or sweat. When trying on, it is therefore advisable to take this into account, so do not try on the products in a room where smoking is allowed and ensure that no perfume can come into contact with the costume.

How do I create an account?

When you place your first order, we will automatically send you the details of your new account. This email contains your customer number and password to log in to our website. I forgot my password, what now?

Hey that's annoying. Luckily you can always reset the password using the email address. Go to my account and click on 'forgotten password'. Then fill in the email address, open the email with the reset link for the new password. Change the password and voilà you can log in again.

How do I change my details?

Go to 'my account'. Log in with your email address and personal password and then click on 'change'. On this page you can easily change all personal data such as address, email address and many other data.

Do you want to cancel the account for privacy reasons? No problem, this can also be done via the system. If this does not work, send us a message with the relevant email address and we will ensure that your data is carefully deleted according to the AVG legislation.
