If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please report it as a return and follow the shipping instructions.

Via a parcel point: Print the return label, stick it on the box and take your parcel to the nearest parcel point. No printer? Then have the barcode scanned from your phone. Keep your proof of postage so we can send your item

Via a parcel locker: When registering your return, choose the return method 'parcel locker'. You will then receive an email with instructions for reserving the parcel locker where you can deliver your parcel.

You can always track your return shipment via track and trace. You will also receive an email when the return has been processed.

Within 5 working days after returning the item, your money will be back in the account you paid with or the invoice at Klarna will be adjusted.

Your return must meet the conditions below

The products you wish to return must be complete and neat in undamaged packaging. This means including information card and/or label (card with product information such as image and barcode). Trying on is no problem, if there is damage or stains on one or more products, the item in question will be rejected. Trying on and viewing products is the same as you would do in a physical store. Business customers are excluded from the right to return, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of purchase.

If you return part of the order and the original purchase amount is less than €75, you will still pay the shipping costs that you would originally pay. Of course, this will be settled on the invoice and deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Excluded from return if seal is broken:
Tights, leggings, stockings, collars, wigs, moustaches, gloves, head coverings, masks, lenses, make-up, baby sets, second skin clothing, beards and other types of hair may not be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons if they have been removed from the packaging. All products are shipped in a sealed package. If this seal is broken, the product cannot be exchanged or returned. Finally, the item must not contain any traces of perfume, smoke, detergent or sweat. When trying on, it is therefore advisable to take this into account, so do not try on the products in a room where smoking is allowed and ensure that no perfume can come into contact with the costume.

In accordance with the EU directive for distance selling, no exchange is possible for:
- Produced in accordance with buyer's specifications
- Clearly personal in nature
- Due to their nature, they cannot be returned
- Can spoil or age quickly

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us Bema Shopping BV (Winkelveldstraat 20, 5916NX Venlo, 077-8200208, info(at)e-carnavalskleding.nl) of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us or to Bema Shopping BV without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel this contract to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

After receipt, you will receive the order amount within 30 days after cancellation of the purchase on your account. The costs for returning are for the account of the customer. If you return products at the expense of e-Carnavalskleding.nl, €7.95 (within NL) & €9.95 (from BE to NL) for shipping costs + any payment costs will be deducted from the order amount. Please note, this applies to all packages that are not or under-franked.
