How can I pick up my order in Venlo?

Step 1 Placing an order

You place an order via our website and choose the shipping method 'Pick up at our location in Venlo'. Then you ensure that the payment is completed successfully.

Step 2 Your order is being processed

We will prepare your order for collection. Please note that products may have a longer delivery time than 24 hours. The delivery time is specifically stated per product, it is not possible to collect the order earlier than stated on the website.

Step 3 Ready for collection

After your order has been processed, you will receive a pick-up confirmation and a link to create a pick-up appointment by email. Your order will be ready at the pick-up location after receiving a pick-up message. Please bring a valid ID so that you can prove that the package is intended for you. If you have someone else pick up the package, please bring a copy (also digitally possible) of the invoice. Of course, you and we want to be sure that the order is handed over to the right person.
